READING THE POWER APP

  stored    - total FE held across all discovered energy units
  capacity  - total FE the installed units can hold
  net       - derived charge rate, FE/tick (20 ticks = 1 second)
  units     - how many energy storage peripherals answered

IMPORTANT

"net" is DERIVED from storage deltas between samples. It is not a direct
generator measurement - Forge energy does not expose throughput. When the
batteries are full, net drops to zero even if generators could produce
more. Treat a flat zero at 100% charge as "healthy", not "offline".

Values tagged "unavailable" mean no unit answered that poll cycle -
check the wired modem network on the controller before assuming a fault.

ADDING STORAGE

Cable new energy cubes to the power facility's wired network. The power
controller picks them up on its next discovery pass (or reboot). No
mainframe changes needed.
